How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
For form enquiries we respond same business day. Phone calls are answered immediately during business hours, and within 30 minutes after-hours for urgent issues. For active flooding or sewage backup, call 0415 210 267 — don't fill out the form.
What information should I include with my enquiry?
Your suburb, what's happening (alarm, smell, overflow, new install, etc.), property type (house, strata, commercial), and any photos of the pit, alarm panel, or affected area. The more we know upfront, the more accurate the quote — and we can often give you a useful sense of it over the phone before a site visit.
Do you charge for site visits?
Site visits for inspections on installation, replacement and pit work are part of how we operate — we want to see the job before we price it. If you take us on to complete the work, the inspection is included in the job. Specific charges depend on the service and location; we'll be straight with you on the phone before we book anything in.
What areas do you service?
We're based in the Sutherland Shire and cover all of greater Sydney. Highest-volume areas are the Sutherland Shire, Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. Call us with your suburb — if we don't service it, we'll tell you straight.
Are you available outside business hours?
Yes for emergencies — sewage backing up, alarms going off, pump completely failed. Call 0415 210 267 day or night, weekends, public holidays, the lot. Non-urgent enquiries are best during business hours when we can give them proper attention.
